Next Day Delivery and Processing
We can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations within the contiguous 48 states, for an extra charge of $26.00 per address. If we receive your order by 4pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed on Friday after 4pm PT through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next Day Delivery service is not available for some oversized items, White Glove Delivery, out of stock items, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

You can return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Our machines get hotter than at-home models, which helps kill viruses or germs living in your bedsheets and blankets. And, don’t forget to send us your comforters and feather pillows, which can harbor germs, dust, and bacteria. To clean your feather pillow, we’ll cut open the ticking and clean and sterilize all the feathers in a special machine. Upon your request, we’ll add down, and finally blow it all into a 100% new cotton ticking for you. Send your bedding to Dependable Cleaners, and sleep easy.

What is the difference between a duvet cover and a bed sheet?

A duvet cover is placed over your duvet and is buttoned or zipped closed to protect it, while sheets are placed over your mattress. We offer a wide selection of sheets, including fitted, flat, valance, and platform valance.

How often should you change your bed sheets?

It is recommended that your sheets and pillowcases be changed once a week, with duvet covers once every two weeks at most.

When can a duvet be used, year-round or during winter only?

We provide a selection of duvets with different togs to suit the seasons. The higher the tog, the warmer the duvet. 7.5 tog would be for the summer months, 10.5 is a standard all-year-round duvet, while 13.5 gives that extra thickness for colder months.

Can I wash my feather duvet in the washing machine?

Usually, yes, you can, but always read the instructions on the label. Before washing, double-check for worn stitching and minor rips, and repair to avoid losing any down stuffing or feathers. Use a delicate setting on your machine and mild/non-bio detergent.
